How it works

Two steps to a seat.

Submitting the form below starts your application and sends it to Brad. To complete official admission to NOC, you’ll also send the documents below to the Registrar. Not sure where you stand? Just ask Brad.

Students 21 or older don’t need ACT/SAT scores or a high school transcript, but may take a placement test.

First-time freshmen

  • High school transcript with GPA and class rank, or a GED certificate
  • ACT or SAT scores, including subscores

Transfer students

  • Completed admission application
  • Official transcripts from every school previously attended, on file with the NOC Registrar

The application

Tell Brad about you.

Only name, email and phone are required — fill in the rest if you can.

01 — About you
02 — School
03 — Getting to know you

None of this affects your acceptance — it just helps Brad meet you where you are. Skip anything you like.

Software you’ve used (rate your comfort)

This starts your application and sends it to Brad. It is not the final step — official admission also requires transcripts and test scores sent to the NOC Registrar.
